Before anyone starts personal training or small group training at James fitness you will receive a complimentary consultation.
This gives you a chance to get to know your trainer and so your trainer can gather important information about you.
We cover lifestyle, medical history, current exercise, current nutrition, goals and finally using some fancy scales we take your body fat, muscle mass, water, metabolic rate, metabolic age and visceral fat.
We also do a full set of measurements, we want as many indicators to show you how you're improving. We don't care how much you weigh as weight is completely irrelevant. We care how much body fat you have.
So whatever your goals be that, Fat loss, muscle gain, to get fit, help to recover from injury or train for an event we can help. *Results may vary from person to person.
