We help people enjoy fitness, Some of our clients have had gym memberships for years going on and off….usually mostly off. We also have many clients who have no intention of stepping foot in a gym. In our group sessions there are a maximum of 6 people and we have our flagship programs guys that lift and ladies that lift. In our classes it will be a maximum of 6-10 people so once again you will get lots of attention to make sure your doing it all right.
Do you want to have your coach exclusive to yourself? Whilst you enjoy the benefit of not having to wait for any equipment in a busy gym you also have the luxury of not having to share your trainer with anyone else working a completely personalized plan.
