This group training system is for ladies who want to get in the shape of their lives with a group on the same journey. These sessions can burn up to 800cals or more and boost your resting metabolic rate for the rest of the day!
We combine weight training with cardio and alternate bursts of anaerobic exercise with recovery periods to keep your heart rate elevated throughout.
Yeah it is however we cater for everybody, any shape, any size and any fitness level.
You will gain lean muscle mass and drop body fat for fun…. Literally because we are going to have a ton of fun.
So this coupled with our revolutionary state of the art HR system which measures, Calories burned, Heart rate, MyZone effort points and effort level all displayed on a 50” screen in the studio. So we can work you to the best of your personal ability and also encourage a bit of friendly competition.
