This isn’t like your normal HIIT class this is 45 minute class where you go all out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by a short active recovery period. This type of training gets your heart rate up and torches fat fast and for longer. You can expect to burn in excess of 500kcaks!

This class is Tuesday evenings 7.15-8
First class is free then its £25.00 a month to secure your place and attend the sessions or you can PAY £7.50
