We can all run but unfortunately generally not very well. 86% of runners get injured every year and sometimes suffer on going repeated injuries.
The first place to start with is work on your running technique, just by slightly changing a few things you can reduce the chance of injury 10 fold.
We take a number of recording with our state of the art gait analysis software. We try and always take our technique coaching sessions outside rather than use a treadmill like most. We know you never quite run the same on a treadmill so we want to get the best results possible.
Rest doesn’t solve much when it comes to running injuries usually there is a weakness somewhere up the body wether thats technique based or a weakness in the core and hips it needs addressing to have a long running career.
How it works
After the initial session where we take multiple recordings of your running form during which time we cue you to make small changes to your technique.
You’re then sent away with a full explanation and a before and after video.
2-4 weeks later after having time to work on your technique we get you back for another session where we will make sure your getting it right, address and issues and go a bit more in depth.
A lot of our training clients come monthly for a refresher and to work on any weaknesses in the studio.
