Our short, intense lunchtime fitness classes are an awesome calorie burner, and a new addition to our timetable and perfect for people who:
• Need to get in and out the gym fast!

• Like the idea of going home in the evenings knowing you’ve done your bit for looking after your body…
• Need to escape the office, get a change of scenery and relieve some stress…

Then our 45 minute lunchtime fitness classes are a great way to make the most of your day and make sure you’re investing in your health as well as your work.
This 45 minute class is just £6.00 per session ran Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12-12.45
