During the 6-week challenge you will have access everything you need to get closer to the desired results. Whether you'd like to lose weight, show off lean muscles or just improve your strength and fitness levels, the knowledge, tools and the community spirit will show you how much you can achieve in a month when your programme is individually designed to your needs.

UNLIMITED SESSIONS Three sessions a week at our private gym with expert coaches who'll guide you through every part of the program to ensure you make a real, long-lasting changes to your body.

The 6-week challenge costs £119.00 then we have memberships ranging from £77-£109 per month. |
IS THERE A CONTRACT?
No, if you would like to carry on working with us after your trial to reach your health and fitness goal we can explore the best membership option for you. |
WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
All sessions are completed at James Fitness on Canterbury Road. |
DO I NEED TO BE FIT BEFORE I START?
Our members range from 14-89 years old and all abilities. We work from your current level of fitness and personalise to you. |
WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
We have 48 opportunities for you to train with us and adding more sessions all the time. We have day time, evening and weekend sessions. It’s super flexible and you can book up to 4 weeks in advance and 2 minutes before. |
WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES?
Our team of coaches are highly experienced in creating programs that will work for you and with the goal to improve any injuries. We work closely with a number of health professionals who you have access to. |
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND?
If you're new, we recommend 2-3 sessions a week but during your trial you have access to all sessions so go for it. |
WHEN DOES THE 6 WEEKS START?
The 6 weeks start when you attend your first group session. Feel free to get in touch if you have further questions about the program. |
I DON'T THINK I WOULD LIKE TO TRAIN IN A GROUP, CAN I DO 1-1?
We offer 1-1 coaching at flexible times also, you will get the studio and trainer to yourself. |
WHAT SESSION TIMES ARE AVAILABLE?
Sessions run Monday to Friday between 6am-11am and 4-8pm. On Saturday between 7-10am. So you have plenty of choice. |
